§ 39.54 STOLEN OR ABANDONED PROPERTY.
   It shall be the duty of all officers, upon the finding or recovery of any abandoned vehicle or stolen property, or abandoned property, to bring such property to the police station, placing such property in the care of the Chief of Police. In the case of vehicles, such will be placed in the care of the tow-in service.
