§ 39.43 FURNISHING NAME AND BADGE NUMBER.

A police officer shall furnish or render such aid to all persons when requested, as is consistent with his duties. He shall at all times, when in uniform, keep his badge in sight, and give his name and badge number in a respectful manner when requested.
