Members and employees of the Police Department in their conduct shall be quiet, civil and orderly and shall at all times be attentive and serious in the discharge of their duties, controlling their tempers and exercising the utmost patience and discretion. They must at all times refrain from using violent, profane, and insolent language, but when required, must act with sufficient force to perform their duties. They shall be civil and respectful towards each other.
