(A) Each offense punishable by fine or imprisonment for which any police officer of the city makes an arrest, issues a citation, or serves a criminal summons shall carry, with costs otherwise incurred by reason of law, such fees as are allowable a Sheriff for the same services upon conviction.
(B) These fees shall be payable to the Grayson Circuit Clerk and paid to the City Treasurer in the normal course of the Clerk's business.
(C) All fees collected hereunder shall be paid into the general fund of the city.
