§ 39.01 POLICE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.
   There having heretofore been established a Police Department for the city, said Department shall consist of a Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, and such other members of the Department as may be provided by the City Council.
