The following classes of officers and employees of the city and city agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Clerk/Treasurer:
(1) Elected officials.
(2) Candidates for city elective office.

(3) Members of any city planning and zoning commission and board of adjustment, as well as the City of Leitchfield Utilities Commission, the City of Leitchfield Tourism and Convention Commission as well as any official board established subsequent to the publication date of this section.
(4) Nonelected officers and employees of the city or any city agency who are authorized to make purchases of materials or services, or award contracts, leases or agreements.
