(A) After three (3) months continuous employment, the employee's salary shall be reviewed and, at the option of the Mayor with the advice of City Council, the employee's salary may be adjusted within the salary range applicable to the job classification for which the employee is hired.
(B) Each employee's salary may be reviewed at any time and shall be reviewed at least every two (2) years from the date of last salary review. At the option of the Mayor with the advice of the City Council, the employee's salary may be adjusted within the pay range applicable to the job classification for which the employee is hired.
(C) Salary adjustment as used herein may result in either an increase or decrease in salary and in making any such adjustment, the City shall consider all relevant factors, including but not limited to, job performance, attitude, specialized knowledge, integrity, ability and willingness to carry out instructions along with length of employment.
