§ 38.04 CLASSIFICATION OF NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES.
   Except in the case of newly hired employees possessing a high degree of skill derived from education and/or experience, which would qualify him or her to assignment in a higher job category, newly hired employees shall be classified as "probationary".
