§ 38.02 COMPENSATION TO BE FIXED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLAN.

The compensation of city employees shall be fixed in accordance with this employment pay and classification plan and the Mayor shall adhere to the salary ranges herein set forth in the hiring, appointing, promoting, and supervising of city personnel.
