§ 40.37 JURISDICTION.
   The Code Enforcement Officer and Code Enforcement Board shall have jurisdiction over and shall enforce this code and all other ordinances adopted or amended which specifically provide for the enforcement by the Code Enforcement Officers) or Board, in the matter set forth herein.
