§ 31.42 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The employment positions of Code Enforcement Officers are hereby established. Code Enforcement Officers are granted the authority to issue civil citations for violations of the codes of the City of Leitchfield. At least one of the Code Enforcement Officers shall attend each meetings of the Code Enforcement Board. Code Enforcement Officers shall investigate alleged code violations and perform tasks required to enforce the codes of the City of Leitchfield.
