The employment position of Code Enforcement Officer is hereby established. The Code Enforcement Officer is granted the authority to issue civil citations for violations of the codes of the City of Leitchfield. The Code Enforcement Officer shall attend meetings of the Code Enforcement Board, investigate alleged code violations and perform tasks required to enforce the codes of the City of Leitchfield.
