§ 35.03 IMPOSITION OF TAX ON CASH VALUE OF SHARES OF STOCK.

An ad valorem tax in an amount established by City Council by ordinance is hereby levied on each one hundred dollars ($100) of the fair cash value of all such shares of stock in all state and national banks located in the city.
