§ 96.37  PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF NEGLIGENCE.
   Violations of §§ 96.02 through 96.36 and/or R.C. §§ 1547.02 through 1547.36 which result in injury to persons or damage to property shall constitute prima facie evidence of negligence in a civil action.
