Any person, corporation, lessee, or agent thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $50. Each day that any house trailer, mobile home, or portable living quarters, or business trailer remains located in violation of the terms of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall be separately punishable as herein provided.
