(A) Notwithstanding the terms of this chapter trailers, mobile homes, and other portable living facilities shall be permitted in those areas of the village designated as areas for such use and placement of trailers, mobile homes, and portable living facilities.

(B) No mobile home, house trailer, or other portable living facility shall be placed, located, parked, or installed in the village within an area bounded on the north by the Norfolk and Western Railroad right-of-way, on the west by the west corporation limits of the village, on the south by the south corporation limits of the village, and on the east by the east corporation limits of the village, except that such placement, location, parking, or installation shall be additionally permitted upon inlots numbers 510 through 524 within the village and shall not constitute a violation of this chapter.
