For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“HOUSE TRAILER,” “MOBILE HOME,” “PORTABLE LIVING FACILITY” or “BUSINESS TRAILER.” Any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed as will permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed as will permit the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade, or use as a selling or advertising device and so designed that it is, or may be, mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance or conveyed on highways or village streets, whether propelled by or drawn by its own power or other independent motive power.
