§ 132.13  CURFEW FOR MINORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 18 years to congregate, wander, or in any way be upon any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, highways, parks, or public grounds within the corporate limits of the village from and after the hours of 11:00 o'clock p.m. and prior to the hour of 6:00 o'clock a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and this prohibition shall apply from and after the hour of 12:00 o'clock a.m. and prior to the hour of 6:00 o'clock a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.  All said times shall be based upon such standards as may be current in the Eastern Time Zone on any day in question.  Said prohibition shall not extend to any such child who is accompanied by one or both of his parents or his legally appointed guardian.
   (B)   Any such parent, guardian, or other person having charge, control, or custody of any such child or children found to be in violation of division (A) of this section who knowingly allows said violation shall be guilty of violating § 135.18 of the Basic Code of Ordinances of the village and shall be subject to the penalties thereunder.
