§ 112.02  COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of itinerant merchant or in the business of solicitor as defined in § 112.01, within the village limits until the provisions of this chapter have been complied with.
