§ 99.01  TIME LIMIT ON LENGTH OF GARAGE SALES.
   (A)   A garage sale within the boundaries of the village shall not be open more than four days within any 30-day period.
   (B)   A “GARAGE SALE” shall be defined as a sale of used or unwanted possessions, such as household articles, held in a garage of a house, porch of a house, yard or a detached accessory building. The term “GARAGE SALE” shall not apply to any items offered for sale by a qualified “Home Occupation” as described in Section 102.02 of the village's Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 2223).
