§ 98.34  REVIEW BY COUNCIL.
   The village council shall have the right to review the conduct, acts, and decisions of the village arbor committee.  Any person may appeal from any ruling or order of the village arbor committee to the village council who may hear the matter and make a final decision. (Ord. 1332, passed 1-28-82)
