§ 98.20  SAFEGUARDING TREES.
   Construction work shall provide guards to protect trees. Construction work cannot cause severe root pruning.  Wire cannot be attached to trees.  Signs cannot be attached to trees.  Material may not be placed around trees so that water passage will be restricted.
