§ 96.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   For any violation of § 96.01 the violator shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $50.  (Ord. 1260, passed 8-6-79)
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 96.02 or 96.03 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense.  (Ord. 900, passed 8-5-63; Ord. 907, passed 5-18-64)
