§ 96.03  RESERVOIR REGULATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm or air gun in and upon the Leipsic Reservoir and the lands surrounding same which are owned by the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposited in the Leipsic Reservoir, glass, bottles, pottery, cans, wires, parts of machines or machinery, or other materials of similar nature which would be likely to harm persons using the Leipsic Reservoir.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place garbage, waste, rubbish, refuse, or junk in or upon the Leipsic Reservoir or its surrounding lands owned by the village.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place in the Leipsic Reservoir any watercraft equipped with a motor or other means of mechanical propulsion other than oars.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any watercraft upon the Leipsic Reservoir by means of a motor or other means of mechanical propulsion other than oars.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit any motor vehicle to stand upon the dikes surrounding the Leipsic Reservoir.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor scooter, or other motor driven vehicle upon the dikes surrounding the Leipsic Reservoir at a speed in excess of 10 miles per hour.
   (H)   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect any signs or paint, print, paste, stencil, or otherwise mark, place upon, or affix to a building, fence, wall, or tree without the written consent of the village, a word, letter, character, figure, sentence, or device, or a handbill or notice.
