(A) No person shall have in his possession or consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in, upon, and within the confines of the park in the village, or in, upon, and within the confines of any other grounds or buildings belonging to or leased by the village.
(B) For the purposes of this section the definition of “beer” and “intoxicating liquor” shall be same as defined in the Revised Code of the State of Ohio as part of the Liquor Control Act. (Ord. 900, passed 8-5-63) Penalty, see § 96.99
