(A) It shall be unlawful for a vehicle of any kind to be parked, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the following streets in the village.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall park a vehicle in violation of this schedule shall be fined not to exceed $25 for each vehicle so illegally parked, and each 24-hour period shall be considered to be and shall constitute a separate offense.
