No bicycle shall be ridden, parked, placed, or allowed to stand upon the sidewalk in the following areas, except in those areas designated for such parking.
(A) Between the B & O Railroad and Eastom Street along Main Street.
(B) Between Liberty Street and Cherry Street along Belmore Street.
(C) (1) No bicycles shall be ridden, placed or allowed to stand upon the sidewalk in the following areas, except in those areas designated for such parking:
(a) Between the CSX Railroad and Eastom Street along Main Street.
(b) Between Liberty Street and Cherry Street along Belmore Street.
(2) No bicycles shall be ridden, placed or allowed to stand upon the tennis courts or shuffle courts located in Buckeye Park.
