§ 73.14  SPEED OF TRAINS.
   It is unlawful for any person or persons having in charge or control, any railroad locomotive, railroad car or cars, or train of railroad cars, within the village limits, to remove, propel, or run the same at a greater rate of speed than 35 miles per hour within the village limits.  (Ord. 753, passed 2-1-54)  Penalty, see § 70.99
