§ 73.041 OPENED CONTAINER OF BEER OR INTOXICATING LIQUOR; CONSUMPTION IN MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (A)   No person shall have in his possession an opened container of beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall consume beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle.  (Ord. 899, passed 8-19-63)
