§ 72.141  TURNING IN A ROADWAY ADJACENT TO A SCHOOL.
   It shall be prohibited to turn a vehicle as to proceed in the opposite direction within the roadway of the 110, 200, and 300 block of State Street or within the 200 and 300 block of Oak Street, all located within the village.
