§ 70.17  USE OF ALLEYS FOR THROUGH PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall use any alley within the village for purposes of through vehicular traffic by any motor vehicle.  Anyone violating this section shall be penalized in accordance with § 70.99(B) of the Traffic Code.
