Where one water meter is installed to supply service to two or more residential, commercial, or any combination of residential and commercial units, then the monthly appropriate readiness to serve rate shall be applied to each such residential or commercial unit being served by said water meter, in addition to the total monthly water usage charge. This procedure shall apply to all multiple unit water customers except the Otterbein-Leipsic Retirement Community, who shall be charged one readiness to serve rate per water meter plus the total monthly water usage charge. This exemption is in accordance with the incentive agreement established between the village and the Otterbein-Leipsic Retirement Community.
