(A) A rental access fee of $25 shall be charged to restore water service to any village customer whose water services have been discontinued. Said rental access fees require a 24-hour advance payment of date the service is to begin. Any customer requesting either water access or discontinuance sooner than the 24-hour advance time must pay an additional $10 fee for either service or $20 for both. Said fee or fees will not be charged to discontinue or restore service when repairs are required to the water supply line from the curb stop (valve) to the point where the water supply line enters any structure.
(B) Leipsic water customers with established good credit need not pay the access fees in advance. The village will bill these individuals on their next monthly statement.
(C) There will not be an additional charge for new water service connections as the rental access fee shall be included in the water tap fee.
