§ 35.13  VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS.
   Firemen who are members of the volunteer fire department shall be authorized to adopt such by-laws and constitutions for their self- government and organization as the firemen may deem necessary and desirable.  (Ord. 1028, passed 3-15-71)
