All ordinances, resolutions, and any statements, orders, proclamations, notices, or reports required by law or ordinance to be published, shall be published by posting copies thereof for 15 days in the Village Hall, 215 South Belmore, and in the Public Library, 305 West Main Street, and in the Bank of Leipsic, 142 East Main Street, and in the State Home Savings Association, 326 South Belmore Street and in the U.S. Post Office, 321 South Belmore Street. The place of posting shall be in a conspicuous place in such buildings and readily accessible to all members of the public at reasonable hours.
