(A) In accordance with R.C. § 735.271 there is hereby created the position of village administrator. The salary of the village administrator shall be as set by ordinance.
(B) The village administrator shall have those powers, duties, and functions as provided by the general laws of the state; and in addition he shall have such powers as the council may establish from time to time by ordinance or resolution.
(C) After the effective date of this section, the appointment of the village administrator by the mayor and his confirmation by the council, the board of trustees of public affairs shall be abolished in accordance with the provision of R.C. § 735.272.
