A. Each residence within the area designated in red shall be eligible for two (2) resident parking permits and one guest parking permit. There shall be no charge for obtaining the permit(s).
B. Resident parking permits shall be issued for a specific vehicle and a resident must show a valid vehicle registration and valid proof of residence to obtain a resident parking permit(s).
C. A resident must show valid proof of residence to obtain a guest parking permit.
D. Permits shall be hung from the rear view mirror.
E. Any vehicle parked in the permit parking area which does not display a valid parking permit as required by this chapter shall be subject to the penalties described in section 8-8-10 of this chapter.
F. Permits may be obtained at the Lehi City police department. (Ord. 53-2016, 8-9-2016)
