8-6-5: TAX LEVY:
The city council may each year, in the manner prescribed by law, levy and collect a tax not to exceed the amount allowed by Utah Code Annotated section 9-7-401 to maintain such library. (1984 Code § 2.76.090; amd. 2015 Code)
