(A) The town or its agent shall be permitted to enter upon all properties at the proper time for purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing necessary to carry out the provisions of this regulation.
(B) (1) Any permits required under this subchapter shall be furnished only after the completion of the appropriate application form to be provided by the town.
(2) The application forms furnished by the town will set forth the requirements necessary for obtaining the applicable permit, including the information to be provided by the applicant and any applicable application fee.
