The town does hereby adopt in total all of the terms, conditions and provisions of Ord. 57-2, as ordained and enacted by the Board of Commissioners of the county, regulating the installation, construction, maintenance and operation of private sewage disposal systems, and does hereby declare and ordain that all of the terms, provisions and conditions set forth and contained therein shall be and are hereby fully and completely applicable within the town.
