§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   The Council of the town, or any designated enforcement official or any person or persons, firm or corporation jointly or severally aggrieved, may institute a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court of the county to restrain violation of the provisions of this chapter. Any sign erected or placed in violation of this chapter or the requirements thereof is hereby declared to be a common nuisance and as such may be abated in such manner as nuisances are now or may hereafter be abated under existing law. The person, corporation or any other entity violating this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of $100 for each day that said sign remains in violation of this chapter, which penalty shall be recoverable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
