§ 151.05 APPLICATION.
   This chapter shall not apply with respect to any mobile home or house trailer parked or located within the corporate limits of the town prior to the passage of this chapter. However, if any such mobile home or house trailer is removed from the lot in which it is located, this chapter shall apply to any new or replacement mobile home or house trailer to be located on such lot.
