§ 93.56 STREET COMMISSIONER; DUTIES.
   It shall be the duty of the Street Commissioner to notify any owner or occupant failing to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter, and if such owner or occupant should fail or refuse to provide proper drainage within ten days after such notice or fail or refuse to remove snow or ice within two hours after such notice, the Street Commissioner shall forthwith cause such drainage to be provided, or snow or ice to be removed, and the expense and cost thereof shall be collected from such occupant or owner by civil action therefor, in addition to the penalties hereinafter provided for the violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
