Any person violating any of this chapter shall suffer a forfeiture of money in a sum of not less than $10, nor more than $300, together with the costs of any action filed to recover said forfeiture. Each day any violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall render the person responsible for such offense subject to a forfeiture for each day.
