It shall not be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle on any street of the town between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. if such person, or the owner or occupant of the premises in front
of which such motor vehicle is parked, shall have first secured the permission of the Street Commissioner or other police office of the town to park such vehicle on the public premises of the town during said hours. Such permission may be granted for a limited time only, not to exceed two consecutive days.
