5-1-31: ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENT, INJURY, OR DISEASE:

Lee County, the Administrator, Animal Control officers, employees or anyone enforcing provisions of this ordinance shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or death that may happen to any animal. (Ord. 07-22-001, 7-21-2022)
