5-1-14: ASSISTANCE FEE:
There shall be a warden assistance fee for requesting the assistance of the Lee County Animal Control in tranquilizing and/or transporting an animal to the veterinarian. The fee shall be set forth in the fee schedule. (Ord. 07-22-001, 7-21-2022)
