A receipt for plat fees from the county treasurer shall accompany all preliminary and final plats submitted to the county board for approval. In those instances where the final and preliminary plats are approved as one, fees shall be collected on both the preliminary and final plats as if they were submitted separately. (1983 Code § 13-3)
