The County Code, as hereby presented in printed form, shall hereafter be received without further proof in all courts and in administrative tribunals of this State as the ordinances, resolutions, and motions of the County of general and permanent effect, except the excluded ordinances, resolutions, and motions enumerated in Section 1-2-1 of this Title.
