2-1-2: FORMULATION OF RULES:
The Health and Welfare Committee of the County Board is hereby directed and empowered to formulate the necessary rules to carry out the spirit and intent of the State statute under which the Commission is by this Chapter created. The rules so formulated shall be presented to the County Board for final approval. (1983 Code § 2-4; 1997 Code)
