151.02 DEFINITIONS.

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms are defined:

1. “Public place” means any property dedicated to the public which is intended to be used for any public purpose.

2. “Public right-of-way” means any property dedicated to the public which is intended to be used for vehicular or pedestrian traffic and for the placement of utilities.
